Meet the Founder
The Leadership Behind HelmRise Consults
Omobolade is an HR leader with deep experience across Fintech, FMCG, e-commerce, telecoms, and BPO. His focus spans learning and development, performance management, talent strategy, succession planning, and recruitment — with a consistent thread of building people systems that hold up as organizations grow.
Omobolade is an HR leader with deep experience across Fintech, FMCG, e-commerce, telecoms, and BPO. His focus spans learning and development, performance management, talent strategy, succession planning, and recruitment — with a consistent thread of building people systems that hold up as organizations grow.
He most recently led Learning and Talent at PZ Cussons Nigeria, designing training programmes suited to each part of the business and sharpening performance evaluation to get more out of every employee. He now heads Learning and Development at Zone Payment Network Limited, carrying that same discipline into a fast-moving fintech environment.
He holds an M.A. in International Human Resource Management from Rome Business School and a B.Sc. in Pure & Applied Chemistry from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, and is a member of CIPM, NITAD, and LDNI.
